Houston Texans' approach to new uniforms is one that every team in the same situation should take
Maria Lysaker-USA TODAY Sports

The Houston Texans are getting new uniforms this upcoming season and will reveal them at the watch party just days before the 2024 NFL Draft.

It all started with a leak hitting the internet, and now owner Cal McNair is releasing the full version of the classic white away uniforms. The fan base was pretty split on them, but they may be better when they see them in person. They have released and revealed the names and colors for every uniform they will have in the 2024 season and beyond.

What we have seen has been great. But what's even better is how the Texans got the ideas they have. Before they release the uniforms next week, they released a pretty long video of how they came up with everything they did. It's about 15 minutes long, but it's worth the watch as the video is pretty cool. Take a look.

This is an approach that I think every NFL team that is doing new uniforms should take. This has especially worked for the Texans so far because of the years they have been bad; this is fresh for the fan base, especially now that it looks like they are in a new, better era of football.

How the Texans have done things is spectacular, to say the least.
